ISO 9001 – Quality management systems
ISO 9001 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system. Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Like for all other ISO standards, external audits are carried out every year.
